Pre-screening questions for attending onsite worship at BCUC

In the morning before arriving for the service, please screen yourself and the other members of your household attending the service with the following questions:

1. Do you have any of the following symptoms of COVID-19?

Fever, chills, new onset of cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, difficulty swallowing, pink eye, unexplained fatigue, muscle/body aches, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, congestion, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, for young children and infants: sluggishness or lack of appetite

2. Have you come in close contact with a person who has COVID-19 or has symptoms of COVID-19 during the past 14 days (unless you are a healthcare worker who uses appropriate PPE)?

3. Have you travelled outside of Canada in the past 14 days, or have you come into close contact with someone who has?

If you answered YES to ANY of these questions, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO ATTEND THE IN-PERSON SERVICE. The link for the YouTube live stream of the service will be sent in the weekly email. If you need the link, please email the office at office@bcuc.org.

If you answered NO to ALL questions, you may come to the service. Masks are encouraged.
