Originally from Calgary, Alberta, I have been a member of Bells Corners United Church for 25 years and Office Staff for 15 years. I am married to Rob and have three children Reid, Kyle and Erin who are members and were brought up attending this church; they are the great joy in my life.
I sang with the ladies choir for 15 years, taught Sunday school, directed and participated in musicals, wrote skits and Christmas pageants for the Sunday school and the youth group, and choreographed musical numbers for congregation youth members performing in the Kiwanis Music Festival and am currently the Bell Ringer Newsletter editor.
This is an amazing position to hold with the Church and I am honoured each day to uphold the standards of the Church and participate in this journey of spiritual outreach. I’ve completed an advanced pastoral care course and hold Mount Royal University computer science, petroleum geology and Biology diplomas. I have recently completed a diploma with McMaster University in Biomedical Health Informatics.
