Our Theme for UP over the next year will be the Earth Charter (adopted by the United Church at its 39th Council last summer) using the five points of the Charter as starting points for a variety of programs, speakers, etc.: Respect and Care for the Community of Life; Ecological Integrity; Social and Economic Justice; Democracy; Nonviolence and Peace. There will be opportunities for hands-on work and creativity as well as fun and spiritual exploration.
